With only weeks to go before the kickoff of the Detroit Motor Show, we have decided to share a special teaser video recently released by BMW to get us ready for the unveiling of the new 2015 BMW M3 and M4 models.
As you can see, it appears that the folks at BMW are trying to keep a lot of the details under wraps until the auto show begins, but we have managed to get our hands on a few hot tips that will get you excited for the arrival of these performance models.
Firstly the current 4.0-liter V8 engine that powers the M3 sedan is going out the window. Instead, both the M3 and M4 will now be powered by a lighter and more efficient inline 6-cylinder turbocharged engine that can deliver up to 425 horsepower. On top of that more lightweight body parts and underpinnings have been added to these models as well as some fresh new design tweaks.
